As a young 26 year old woman I choose cannabis to ease my menstrual cramps

As a young 26 year old female, I have chosen to use medical cannabis for my menstrual cramps and pains over Midol or any other painkiller. My preferred method of relieving my worst menstrual cramps is smoking my medicine. The research shows smoking cannabis has few long term health risks, and while vaping or using a tincture is likely healthier, smoking my medicine is simply my favorite way to get relief. It’s fast and the relief lasts a reasonably long time. I also put a topical balm that contains THC and CBD on my lower abs when I get cramps.
